I ordered 5 boxes of Angela Dunmore tile. And not just nicks, full breakage into multiple pieces. They said I failed to contact them within 5 days of receiving the tile. I explained that my kitchen project was delayed from March to August due to Covid infections that delayed my contractor's start date. Since the shipping boxes were undamaged, I had only unpacked and inspected 1 box, which had no damage. The damaged tiles were in an undamaged boxes and the inside packing was intact.
