I can walk with my kids and animals with out concern. Lots of shopps and restaurants. Great dining and growing nightlife. If you want to live in Jax and not drive min to everything, this is the place to buy.

I can think of 10 places I frequent here that make my list of "Top 12 places to eat in Jacksonville. This is a beautiful and charming historic area. The residents of the neighborhood truly care for maintaining the historic integrity. The neighborhoods are so friendly.

There are alot of people who walk the area daily. It is very pet friendly and nice and quiet. It doesn't have the traffic conjestion that other areas of Jacksonville have. It is very convieniently located to great grocery stores and quaint little shops and restaurants. It is also a historic district. I've lived in this neighborhood for 28 years and in Jacksonville all of my life and wouldn't care to live anywhere else.
