Didn't have breakfast or any meals so cannot comment. Rooms were clean and tidy. Bed was extremely comfy, didn't want to get out of it!

Shower was amazing, really powerful. Didn't try the bath but it looked clean and comfortable. Good bar, with decent selection. Room was a bit small and dull for the price, would have expected a bit more for the price, especially when this hotel is hidden down an alleyway so not exactly a prime location although it was fit for purpose. All that was wrong was that it was very expensive on a whole but for London, it was okay.

United Kingdom Mark. We liked the hotel facilities, its cleanliness and staff. The location was great too, being only 7 mins walk from 2 tube stations. In total contrast to the hotel staff, some of the staff in the bar and restaurant The Lampery were rude and ignorant. For the first morning for breakfast, the lead waiter said, "read the menu" when we asked if there were any gluten free options.

There are no indicators on the menu apart from, "ask a member of staff regarding allergies". The bar staff that night; they took my order for one draught beer and then they both spent 10 mins doing 1 cocktail looking at me.
