Quite safe, only complaint is a lot of crazy California transplant drivers in this part of town. The neighbors are pretty nice too". Very few children. We been here for 9 years. Also, everything is only a few minutes away. Like the area. Very central. Close to a lot of shopping centers and local restaurants.

Very wide main roads that lead to everywhere in Las Vegas. Tha traffic is not bad due to the many lanes that are available. Lots of grocery options nearby and close to hospital schools and the highway ". It's pretty calm and friendly neighbors. The people a friendly and i have never seen anything out of the ordinary so its pretty safe ".

Very quiet and clean, assecible to many things". Great surroundings do you want to go to Summerlin you want to go to downtown do you want to go to the strip everything is easy access. High traffic but not congested. Plenty bus stops around. Few accidents. Safe drivers. Centrally located and close to many stores ". Schools are good. Clean areas. Nearby parks. Downtown Summerlin is close by also. I live about 5 minutes from the strip which is a perfect place so there are not a lot of loud partying happening in this area".

Halloween was dead around here. Nicer service, cleaner community and less traffic ". Perfect to raise your children because of the close park, schools, and hospitals near by.

It has no amenities and is very unfriendly. Lived here a year and know none of my neighbors ". We let each other know what's going and who's going outta town ect. Bring your own so as your pet does not leave any waste in the neighborhood.

Resident 2y ago. There are a lot of good food options. I also like how clean it is. Downtown Summerlin is a stones throw away. But there are a lot of plazas that have really nice places to eat and shop. Gender Identity. Sexual Orientation.
