Instead, the tips are low because customers are already paying an exorbitant monthly membership and the shift manager takes a cut every day which just blew my mind. They can't even provide proper cleaning materials and use mostly bleach to wash boats so all of your work clothes are ruined and of course they do not provide a clothing allowance or any benefits what so ever.

They also insisted that dock masters work 10 hour shifts which is just insane for a part-time job and is just a way to avoid hiring scheduling more people.
