Parking lot was dirty and the interior was dark and dirty. I didn't see any evidence of a cleaning staff. Only one elevator was working. The entire hotel overwhelmingly smelled like cigarettes. Our room had mildew in the room refrigerator. The bathroom floor was sticky and there were cracks in the shower walls. Had it been for more than one night we would have gone somewhere else.

The night was very noisy despite only a few cars in the lot. In the morning there was many bags of trash on a table by the elevator.
